Currently the medical centre is operating an initial telephone triage service in line with Covid-19 recommendations.

Phone the surgery to make an appointment and you’ll receive a telephone consultation with a clinician who will then arrange for a face-to-face appointment if clinically appropriate with a relevant healthcare practitioner.

Same-day appointments can be arranged if you need urgent medical attention.

Online booking

Online appointment booking will resume when appropriate – the system has been temporarily paused due to the pandemic.

Booking online is an easy way to make an appointment with your registered doctor at a time that’s convenient to you, such as if the centre is closed or the phone lines are busy.

You can also order and view online repeat prescription requests – allow a week for your repeat prescription (so requesting medication in advance, before your current prescription runs out, is advised).

Register for this online service, which also allows you to view your medical records, in person at the surgery by bringing a form of ID with you.
