Dorset Adventure Park

Inflatable fun and obstacle course just outside Corfe Castle

Purbeck’s only waterpark is located just outside Corfe Castle.

Set within 18 acres of woodland, the park boasts a 200m outdoor inflatable course across two lakes, and a 2km-long mud trail assault course.

Waterpark

Challenge your friends to complete the Total Wipeout-style course.

Complete with trampoline, balance beams and slides, the course is suitable for everyone over the age of six. (Children under 12 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.)

Sessions are one hour long.

What to wear at the waterpark

  • Wetsuit (available for hire for £5)
  • Old trainers or sturdy wet shoes (available for hire  for £2)
  • No jewellery
  • No glasses

Important safety information

  • You must be able to swim 10 metres, or 50 metres with a buoyancy aid, to take part
  • Buoyancy aids (provided) must be worn at all times
  • Lifeguards are on duty and are trained to help you get the most out of your experience

Mud Trail

The Mud Trail obstacle course is suitable for everyone over the age of four, (children under 12 must be supervised).

The course is 2km long and includes over 50 obstacles to pull, climb, jump, crawl and swing your way across.

Sessions last for two hours.

Opening times

Dorset Adventure Park is open every weekend and school holiday from April (Easter) until the middle of October between 9am – 6pm.

It is also open during weekdays to cater for separate group bookings such as school trips.

Waterpark

  • £15 online booking
  • £17 by phone or on-the-day booking

Waterpark visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of a session to allow time for changing and a quick safety talk.

Mudtrail

  • £8 child (15 and under)
  • £10 adult (16 or over)

Mudtrail visitors should arrive around 15 minutes before the start of their session.

Group bookings

Parties and events can be booked at both the waterpark and the mud trail.

The park caters for:

Facilities at the park

A snack hut serves hot and cold drinks, as well as light refreshments and ice creams.

There are separate male and female changing rooms on site, as well as toilets.

Photos of your waterpark or mud trail session can be purchased on the day.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the park on a short lead.

How to get to Dorset Adventure Park

For your SatNav: BH20 5JG

There is plenty of on-site parking, which is free of charge.

From Swanage

Follow the A351 from Swanage and through Corfe Castle village.

Turn right onto the B3351 at the bottom of Corfe Castle and you’ll see the sign for the adventure park on your left after a few hundred metres.

From Wareham

If you’re coming from Wareham, Poole or Dorchester, follow the A351 until you get to Corfe Castle.

Turn left onto the B3351 at the bottom of the castle (before you go into the village). The adventure park will be just on your left.

From Bournemouth via Studland chain ferry

From Studland, or the Sandbanks Ferry, simply follow the B3351 through Studland village and toward Corfe Castle.

The adventure park is located on your right, just before you reach Corfe Castle village.
